Van Viet Duy Minh is an investment professional and strategic advisor with over 10 years of experience spanning cross-border M&A, capital raising, principal investments, and strategic advisory, with a focus on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. His experience sits at the intersection of investment banking, growth-stage investing, and technology-driven ventures.

Mr. Minh is Co-Founder & CEO of Centauries Capital & Consulting, where he advises companies and investors on strategic transactions, capital formation, and market entry. He also serves as Investment Director at Vietnam Partners LLC, a New York-headquartered investment banking firm with a long-standing track record in Vietnam, where he supports investment initiatives and cross-border partnerships.

In parallel, he leads InnoGroup Asia, a technology investment holding platform focused on scaling high-growth ventures across AI, software, and digital infrastructure. He is also Co-Founder and Managing Director of M&A Partners (M&A Vietnam), one of Vietnam’s largest professional communities focused on mergers & acquisitions and investment.

Previously, Mr. Minh held roles in transaction advisory at Ernst & Young Vietnam, investment analysis at Phoenix Global Wealth Management, and corporate finance and FP&A at DFO Global Performance Commerce, providing experience across advisory, principal investing, and operating finance.

Mr. Minh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University and is an Associate Member of the CFA Association.
