Mr. Duong Trang Loi, also known as David Yang, is a distinguished business strategist and corporate leader with over 20 years of multifaceted experience across banking, investment, and advisory services. He currently serves as Chairman of Satori Investment & Trading JSC and Co-Founder and Chairman of Centauries Capital & Consulting, where he leads strategic initiatives in corporate finance, market expansion, and sustainable value creation.

Mr. Loi has held senior leadership positions at some of Vietnam’s most prominent financial institutions, including HDBank, Sacombank, DongA Bank, ANZ, and Prudential Finance. Across these roles, he has successfully spearheaded projects in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPO advisory, business development, and enterprise transformation. His strong command of corporate governance, human resource development, and performance management has made him a key figure in driving operational excellence and organizational resilience.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Loi is a passionate educator and mentor. For over two decades, he has coached university students, young entrepreneurs, and professionals in leadership, strategy, and personal development. His ability to bridge strategic insight with practical leadership continues to inspire the next generation of business leaders.

Mr. Loi is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). He holds master’s degrees in Finance and Banking (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland), Leadership and Management (RMIT University), and Human Resources Development (University of Leuven).
