Vice Chairman
Mr. Duong Trang Loi, also known as David Yang, is a distinguished business strategist and corporate leader with over 20 years of multifaceted experience across banking, investment, and advisory services. He currently serves as Chairman of Satori Investment & Trading JSC and Co-Founder and Chairman of Centauries Capital & Consulting, where he leads strategic initiatives in corporate finance, market expansion, and sustainable value creation.
Mr. Loi has held senior leadership positions at some of Vietnam’s most prominent financial institutions, including HDBank, Sacombank, DongA Bank, ANZ, and Prudential Finance. Across these roles, he has successfully spearheaded projects in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPO advisory, business development, and enterprise transformation. His strong command of corporate governance, human resource development, and performance management has made him a key figure in driving operational excellence and organizational resilience.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Loi is a passionate educator and mentor. For over two decades, he has coached university students, young entrepreneurs, and professionals in leadership, strategy, and personal development. His ability to bridge strategic insight with practical leadership continues to inspire the next generation of business leaders.
Mr. Loi is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). He holds master’s degrees in Finance and Banking (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland), Leadership and Management (RMIT University), and Human Resources Development (University of Leuven).

Van Viet Duy Minh is an investment professional and strategic advisor with over 10 years of experience spanning cross-border M&A, capital raising, principal investments, and strategic advisory, with a focus on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. His experience sits at the intersection of investment banking, growth-stage investing, and technology-driven ventures.
Mr. Minh is Co-Founder & CEO of Centauries Capital & Consulting, where he advises companies and investors on strategic transactions, capital formation, and market entry. He also serves as Investment Director at Vietnam Partners LLC, a New York-headquartered investment banking firm with a long-standing track record in Vietnam, where he supports investment initiatives and cross-border partnerships.
In parallel, he leads InnoGroup Asia, a technology investment holding platform focused on scaling high-growth ventures across AI, software, and digital infrastructure. He is also Co-Founder and Managing Director of M&A Partners (M&A Vietnam), one of Vietnam’s largest professional communities focused on mergers & acquisitions and investment.
Previously, Mr. Minh held roles in transaction advisory at Ernst & Young Vietnam, investment analysis at Phoenix Global Wealth Management, and corporate finance and FP&A at DFO Global Performance Commerce, providing experience across advisory, principal investing, and operating finance.
Mr. Minh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University and is an Associate Member of the CFA Association.
Minh co-founded Centauries Capital & Consulting, a boutique business advisory company focusing on M&A and capital arrangement. The company has a track record of doing M&A/capital raising for several technology companies with investors from the United States, Europe, Singapore, Japan, and Korea.
Minh serves as the Investment Director at Vietnam Partners LLC, an investment banking company headquartered in New York City with 20+ years of investment experience in several leading companies in Vietnam, where he oversees strategic investment initiatives and fosters cross-border partnerships.
Minh leads InnoGroup Asia, a holding company focused on tech investments with a diversified portfolio of high-growth startups such as InnoTech, 1Office, Ecotruck, and WeCare247, steering its growth strategy and portfolio management. He also has extensive experience in holding CFO position in several tech firms in the portfolio.
